Yoga Nidra

 Yoga Nidra is meditative practice that has been clinically shown to decrease symptoms of insomnia, anxiety, chronic pain, PTSD and depression. Though the practice requires no effort as it is done lying down or sitting in a chair, the sessions are deeply restorative and healing. Yoga Nidra leaves you with a feeling of peace and well-being.
