Gentle Yoga

New Schedule as of July 30th 2018

Classes will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday Mornings at 6 a.m. and Tuesday Evenings at 6 p.m.

Cost is $5

Classes will be a Gentle Yoga and variety types of yoga such as Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, Vinyasa Flow, all at beginner to moderate level.  Depending on those abilities attending yoga that particular day.

We all have a Waiver to fill out, so to avoid a jam on our first class, please click here to print off the waiver, and have it ready the first morning.  Also please email me your intentions of joining class as soon as possible.  First come first serve.

We ask that everyone practices AHMISA, no harm.  No harm to their bodies, and to listen to when your body gives you signals and clues to be gentle to yourself.  Yoga is not a competition sport, it is a work in, not a work out.

      We are hoping so. Just need input from folks on what times are good for them. 6 AM seems early, but it is a wonderful way to start the day.
