Chair Yoga will be at the Greybull Senior Center Thursdays at 9:30 am.
Chair Yoga is very gentle and is a great way to bring flexibility and balance into our bodies, especially in the winter when we become more dormant.
On Thursdays we do whole hour of gentle Chair Yoga to our own limits. Sometimes we throw in a dash of Laughter Yoga, and usually end with some Yoga Nidra – Mind-Body Meditation.
These are my most fun classes to teach. This class is paid for by the Senior center, and free to senior citizens. $5 for those who are not seniors.
